Highlights - Gary Reasons

The video below was featured at the 2nd Annual NFF Gridiron Club of Dallas Charity Golf Tournament on May 6, 2024. It provides a brief overview of Gary Reasons’ college football days at Northwestern State University leading to his 1996 induction into the College Football Hall of Fame along other notables such as Terry Bradshaw, Walter Payton, Neil Lomax, Billy Johnson, and Charles White.

Reasons was drafted in 1984 by the New York Giants where his amazing career as a member of one of the best linebacking crews in NFL history led to two Super Bowl Championships (XXI and XXV). Reasons tackle of Bobby Humphrey on 4th down at the one-yard line against the Denver Broncos known as “The Hit” and considered by many as one of the top 10 defensive plays in NFL history.
