The NFF Gridiron Club of Dallas proudly hosted its 17th annual awards banquet on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at the Haggard Party Barn in Plano. The annual event brought together student-athletes, coaches, families, community leaders, and supporters of amateur football to celebrate excellence both on and off the field.

The NFF Gridiron Club of Dallas announced the scholar-athletes being recognized for excellence in academics, athletics, and community service during the chapter's 17th Annual Scholar-Athlete Awards Banquet. Award-winning sportscaster Scott Murray, who was the recipient of the chapter's 2021 Distinguished Texan Award, emcees for the 17th consecutive year.

The NFF Gridiron Club of Dallas honored 10 major award winners and a total of 38 scholar-athletes including four collegiate and 34 high school football players. These players were recognized for their performance on the football field, excellence in the classroom, and service in the community.
